How does delivery work?
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible after receipt. In the event of a variety being unavailable, please remember to advise us what substitute you would like – or let us choose for you. If you would prefer to wait until that variety becomes available, then again, just let us know.
Problem with your delivery?
Let’s face it, delivery problems can occur at the most annoying and critical of moments. However, because we want you to be happy we always strive to use the best carrier or method of delivery possible. Please let us know if things are not right and we will try to correct the situation for you as soon as possible. Help us to help you. Make sure your address and contact details are complete, and provide clear instructions if the package is to be left somewhere securely in your absence.
Problem with your young plants?
Your plant will have left our nursery in the best possible condition. When the plants arrive at your home, their care is over to you! Full and clear instructions are available here on the website and also in our brochure. If you come across a problem that is not covered, just give us a call and we will try to help. Please read our How to Grow Them page - it is full of tips and helpful videos.
Cut Flower deliveries
Please remember that our cut flowers are a seasonal English grown product. The normal flowering time is from May to September but depending on the season, we can be picking flowers before and after that time.
Clear instructions on how to look after your flowers once they arrive with you are included in the box.
